白头翁联合夏枯草治疗下肢铜绿假单胞菌感染性骨皮缺损的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨白头翁联合夏枯草治疗下肢铜绿假单胞菌感染性骨皮缺损的临床效果。方法队列研究。抽取2010年1月至2020年12月河南省洛阳正骨医院手外中心收治的80例下肢铜绿假单胞菌感染性骨皮缺损患者,采用随机数字表法分为白头翁组、夏枯草组、白头翁夏枯草组和对照组,每组20例。对照组给予常规治疗,其余三组分别给予白头翁、夏枯草、白头翁联合夏枯草煎剂熏洗治疗,治疗21 d。结果白头翁组、夏枯草组、白头翁夏枯草组的总有效率(80.00%,16/20;85.00%,17/20;90.00%,18/20)均高于对照组(50.00%,10/20),P均<0.05。治疗7、14、21 d,白头翁组、夏枯草组和白头翁夏枯草组的创面愈合率均高于对照组(P均<0.05);白头翁组、夏枯草组、白头翁夏枯草组的细菌清除率均高于对照组(P均<0.05),耐药发生率均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论白头翁、夏枯草、白头翁与夏枯草联用对下肢铜绿假单胞菌感染性骨皮缺损均有较好的治疗效果,且能够更快修复创面,抑菌作用较强且耐药性较低。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Chinese pulsatilla root combined with prunella vulgaris in treating osteocutaneous defects of the lower extremity caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection.Methods Eighty patients with osteocutaneous defects of the lower extremity caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection who were treated in Luoyang Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospital of Henan Provincine from January 2010 to December 2020 were selected for the cohort study.And they were divided into a Chinese pulsatilla root group,a prunella vulgaris group,a Chinese pulsatilla root combined with prunella vulgaris group,and a control group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the other three groups were treated with fumigation and washing with Chinese pulsatilla root decoction,prunella vulgaris decoction,and Chinese pulsatilla root combined with prunella vulgaris decoction,respectively,for 21 days.Results The total effective rates of the Chinese pulsatilla root group,the prunella vulgaris group,and the Chinese pulsatilla root combined with prunella vulgaris group(80.00%,16/20;85.00%,17/20;90.00%,18/20)were all higher than that of the control group(50.00%,10/20),all P<0.05.On 7,14,and 21 days after treatment,the wound healing rates in the Chinese pulsatilla root group,prunella vulgaris group,and Chinese pulsatilla root combined with prunella vulgaris group were all higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The bacterial clearance rates in the Chinese pulsatilla root,prunella vulgaris,and Chinese pulsatilla root combined with prunella vulgaris groups were all higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05),and the incidences of drug resistance of the three groups were lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Chinese pulsatilla root,prunella vulgaris and combination of them have great effects in the treatment of osteocutaneous defects of the lower extremity caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection.And the 3 treatment
