摘 要:为满足矿山绿色高效发展的需要,提升机装机功率越来越大,传统的高速电动机+减速器的方式无法满足其需求,低速直驱电动机在提升机上的应用越来越广泛。矿井提升机运行工况为重载启动、快速加减速及低速运行,这对变频控制的转矩响应速度、控制精度及效率也提出了更高的要求。研究了低速同步电动机控制模型和控制算法,提出了一种基于气隙磁链定向矢量控制的低速大转矩控制算法,并在中信重工CHIC1000高压级联多电平四象限变频器上实现了应用。现场应用表明,该传动系统满足了提升机大功率、高效、安全运行的需要。In order to meet the need of green and efficient development of mines,the installed power of hoists is increasing,and the traditional method of high-speed motor with reducer cannot meet the demand,so the low-speed direct-drive motor is becoming increasingly widely used in hoists.The operating conditions of mine hoist include heavy load starting,rapid acceleration and deceleration,and low-speed operation,which put forward higher requirements for the torque response speed,control accuracy,and efficiency of the frequency conversion control.Through the research on the control model and control algorithm of low-speed synchronous motor,a low-speed and high-torque control algorithm based on air-gap flux oriented vector control was proposed in this paper,and it was applied in the CHIC1000 high voltage cascaded multi-level four-quadrant frequency converter of CITIC Heavy Industries,which met the needs of high-power,high-efficiency and safe operation of the hoist.
