摘 要:针对目前深地资源开发面临的没有适合深井重载、一段提升的技术难题,分析、总结了现有提升方式的特点及约束条件,设计了一种新型双驱多绳摩擦提升系统,通过增加提升主绳数量、采用双摩擦轮方式、控制尾绳质量的方式,达到提高载质量、增加摩擦轮围包角、限制提升主绳应力波动的目的。实例验算结果显示,采用新型双驱多绳摩擦提升系统,在250万t/a提升能力下,提升高度可以达到2200m;在500万t/a提升能力下,提升高度可以达到1900m。In response to the current technical challenges faced by deep resource development,such as the lack of suitable deep well and one-stage hoisting with heavy load,the characteristics and constraints of existing hoisting methods were analyzed and summarized.Then,a new-type dual-drive multi-rope friction hoisting system was designed,which increased the load and the surrounding angle of friction wheels and limited the stress fluctuation of the main rope for hoisting by increasing the number of main ropes for hoisting,adopting double friction wheels and controlling the weight of tail rope.The example verification results showed that using the new-type dual-drive multi-rope friction hoisting system,the hoisting height could reach 2200 m with a hoisting capacity of 2.5 million t/a,and the hoisting height could reach 1900 m with a hoisting capacity of 5 million t/a.
