新型自动加球机在紫金山金铜矿的设计与应用

摘　　要：某新型自动加球机设置在半自磨给料输送机旁的水泥加球机池中,通过储球箱前端布有凹槽的辊筒取球,利用螺旋输送装置输送钢球,采用非接触光电计数器计球,并由PLC控制系统智能控制钢球的添加过程,有效解决了传统加球机卡球、堵球、烧辊筒电动机、计数不准的问题,实现了磨机定时、定量和按比例添加钢球。同时,加球机池的设计实现了散装钢球的汽车运载,转运更加方便快捷。该新型自动加球机已在紫金山铜矿三选厂成功应用,技改后,半自磨钢球单耗降低了0.05kg/t,降幅达5.88%,取得了一定的经济效益。A new-type automatic ball-adding machine was set in the cement ball-adding machine pool next to the semi-autogenous grinding feeding conveyor.The ball was collected by the roller with a groove at the front end of the ball storage box,and transported by the screw conveyor device.Then,a non-contact photoelectric counter was used to calculate the ball,and the addition process of the steel ball was intelligently controlled by the PLC control system,which effectively solved the problems of ball jamming,ball blocking,roller motor brokern and inaccurate counting of the traditional ball-adding machine,and realized the timing,quantitative and proportional addition of steel balls by the mill.At the same time,the design of the ball-adding machine pool realized the automobile transportation of bulk steel balls,making its transportation more convenient and faster.The new-type automatic ball-adding machine had been successfully applied in the third concentrator of Zijinshan Copper Mine.After the technical transformation,the unit consumption of steel balls in the semi-autogenous grinding had been reduced by 0.05 kg/t,a decrease of 5.88%,and certain economic benefits had been achieved.
