摘  要:传统矿山选矿半自磨工艺中顽石矿的破碎主要采用圆锥破碎机来完成,破碎后的细粒顽石矿再返回半自磨继续碎磨。该工艺中,顽石在半自磨系统中反复循环,破碎后粒度仍较大,尤其在处理硬度较高矿石时,其顽石碎磨效率较低,严重影响了半自磨系统产能。基于此,对西藏某铜矿选矿项目进行了半自磨顽石破碎系统的细碎改造,具体工艺流程为半自磨(顽石粗碎+顽石高压辊磨细碎)—球磨系统工艺,高压辊磨机采用闭路工艺,筛下细粒产品直接给入球磨作业。现场应用实践表明,在传统顽石破碎机后增加高压辊磨机来进一步粉碎顽石,可以降低粒度,取得显著的系统提产效果,达到降耗指标。In the traditional semi-autogenous grinding process of mine beneficiation,the crushing of pebble ore is mainly carried out by cone crusher,and the crushed fine-grained pebble ore is returned to semi-autogenous grinding for further crushing and grinding.The pebble is repeatedly circulated in the semi-autogenous grinding system,but its particle size is still large after crushing,especially for the treatment of ore with high hardness,and the grinding efficiency of the pebble is low,which seriously affects the production capacity of the semi-autogenous grinding system.Based on this,the fine crushing transformation of semi-autogenous grinding system for pebble was carried out for a copper ore beneficiation project in Tibet in this paper.The specific process was semi-autogenous grinding(coarse crushing of pebble+HPGR for fine crushing of pebble)-ball milling system.The HPGR adopted closed circuit process,and the fine-grained products under the sieve were directly fed into the ball milling operation.The field application practice showed that the addition of HPGR after the traditional pebble crusher could further crush pebble and reduce the particle size,which achieved significant production improvement for the system and the consumption reduction index.
