摘 要:以某微细粒难选金矿为研究对象,分析了其矿物成分和粒度组成,确定了矿石中金矿物的嵌布特征,开展了磨矿细度和矿浆pH值试验,探索了一套最佳的药剂制度。在磨矿细度-0.074mm含量为85%,矿浆pH值为7.2,分散剂六偏磷酸钠用量为300g/t,组合活化剂硫酸铜用量为100g/t,KDH01用量为50g/t,捕捉剂丁基黄药用量为200g/t,起泡剂MIBC用量为40g/t的条件下,可获得金品位为30.63g/t,金回收率为86.28%的金精矿。Taking a refractory micro-fine gold ore as the research object,its mineral composition and particle size composition were analyzed,and the embedded characteristics of gold minerals in the ore were determined.Then,the test of grinding fineness and pH value of ore pulp was carried out,so a set of optimal reagent system was established.The results showed that under the conditions of a grinding fineness of-0.074 mm with a content of 85%,a ore pulp pH value of 7.2,a sodium hexametaphosphate dosage of 300 g/t as dispersant,a copper sulfate dosage of 100 g/t as combined activator,a KDH01 dosage of 50 g/t,a butyl xanthate dosage of 200 g/t as capture agent,and a MIBC dosage of 40 g/t as foaming agent,the gold concentrate with a grade of 30.63 g/t and a gold recovery of 86.28%could be obtained.
