摘　　要：随着经济与科技的快速发展,互联网、大数据、云计算等现代技术逐渐融入人们的日常工作和生活,对社会治理体系产生了深刻影响。基于此,本文针对大数据背景下社会综合治理工作发生的转变进行分析,主要围绕网络暴力犯罪治理困难、电信网络诈骗形势严峻、失踪人口等刑事和治安新问题大量涌现、网络舆情等新型社会稳定因素日益复杂等社会综合治理问题进行分析,提出了针对性较强的社会综合治理工作方法和策略,希望能够对我国社会综合治理工作尤其是治安和刑事领域的治理工作有所裨益。With the rapid development of economy and technology,modern technologies such as the Internet,big data,and cloud computing have been integrated into people’s daily work and life,which has had a profound impact on the social governance system.This paper analyzes the transformation of social comprehensive governance work under the background of big data,mainly focusing on the difficulties of network violent crime governance,the grim situation of telecommunication network fraud,the emergence of new criminal and public security problems such as missing population,and the new social stability factors are increasingly complex such as network public opinion.This paper analyzes the problems of social comprehensive governance,and puts forward the working methods and strategies with strong pertinence,hoping to benefit the comprehensive governance of our society,especially the public security and criminal law.
