摘  要:家蚕作为重要经济昆虫,基因组学研究已取得了一系列重要成果,最近家蚕W染色体基因组研究也获得了突破。昆虫中W染色体为鳞翅目特有,其起源长期是进化生物学研究的热点问题,随着近年基因组学研究的高速发展,关于鳞翅目W染色体起源问题也有了较为明晰的认识。本文重点介绍家蚕W染色体的研究历程和具体特征,并详细描述鳞翅目W染色体起源的研究进展,以期为家蚕性别调控和基于W染色体的分子育种研究,以及其他物种性染色体起源研究提供理论参考。Bombyx mori,as an important economic insect,has seen significant advancements in genom ic research,particularly with recent breakthroughs in the study of the W chromosome genome.Moreover,the W chromosome is unique to Lepidoptera among insects,and its origin has long been a hot topic in evolutionary biology research.With the rapid development of genomic studies in recent years,the issues surrounding the origin of the W chromosome in Lepidoptera have become clearer.This article will focus on the research history and detailed characteristics of the silkworm's W chromosome,and will describe the progress made in the study of the origin of the W chromosome in Lepidoptera,aiming to provide theoretical references for functional genomics and molecular breeding research based on the W chromosome in silkworms,as well as for studies on the origin of sex chromosomes in other species.
