摘  要:在基因编辑家蚕育种材料选择和纯化阶段,采用温汤处理法对2个带有荧光标记的材料进行了孤雌生殖诱导实验,共获得138个有效卵圈。调查不同育种材料的孤雌生殖发生频率,结果显示2个材料的孤雌生殖发生频率在4.61%~97.06%之间,其中,材料HYB-U的孤雌生殖发生频率较高,平均为78.17%,而材料C9K-F的发生频率较低,平均为40.80%。通过饲养实验,成功获得了材料C9K-F的2个孤雌生殖存活个体,为后续的基因编辑家蚕育种材料培育和孤雌生殖研究打下了实验基础。In the selection and purification stage of gene-edited silkworm breeding materials,parthenogenesis induction experiments were carried out on two fluorescently labeled materials by warm soup treatment,and a total of 138 effective egg batches were obtained.The frequency of parthenogenesis in different breeding materials was investigated,and the frequency of parthenogenesis in the two materials was between 4.61%~97.06%,among which the frequency of parthenogenesis in HYB-U was higher(78.17%on average),while the frequency of parthenogenesis in C9K-F was lower(40.80%on average).Through the breeding experiment,two parthenogenetic surviving individuals of C9K-F were successfully obtained,which laid an experimental foundation for the subsequent research on the cultivation of gene-edited silkworm breeding materials and parthenogenesis.
