家蚕3龄起蚕添食胜红蓟素对茧丝纤度和力学性能的影响

摘  要:为了获得力学性能优异的细纤度茧丝,给普通家蚕品种“夏FB”的3龄起蚕添食一定浓度的抗保幼激素类物质胜红蓟素,调查幼虫添食胜红蓟素对蚕茧的形态大小、质量以及茧丝的纤度、结构、力学性能和热稳定性的影响。结果表明,供试3龄起蚕添食600 mg/L胜红蓟素后没有出现龄期缩短的情况,但添食处理组的茧长、茧幅显著变小,茧丝纤度变细,茧丝二级结构含量发生了改变,茧丝的力学性能提高。研究结果初步提示,家蚕添食胜红蓟素对茧丝性能有一定的改良效果。The utility-type variety of silkworm was treated by drug additional feeding in order to obtain fine denier silk with excellent mechanical properties.Using Precocene Ⅰ as additional feeding material,the silkworm was treated on the first day of the third instar,and silkworm fed with normal mulberry leaves were used as control to explore the effects of PrecoceneⅡ additional feeding on cocoon type,cocoon weight,silk fineness,silk structure,mechanical properties and thermal stability of silk.The results showed that the cocoon length was decreased significantly,the secondary structure content of silk was changed,and the mechanical properties of silk improved after the silkworm variety XIAFB was added with 600 mg/L concentration of Precocene Ⅱ.The research results can provide reference for the breeding of fine-denier silkworm varieties and the study of silk modification.
