摘 要:为了对水质净化模式进行优化,以净化前后养殖尾水总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、氨态氮(NH^(+)_(4)-N)、硝酸盐氮(NO^(-)_(3)-N)和亚硝酸盐氮(NO^(-)_(2)-N)为检测指标,对活性炭、火山石、麦饭石、珊瑚石、生物珠、陶瓷环、吸氨石、细菌环等8种净化材料进行筛选,深入研究不同净水材料针对不同污染物的吸附效果以及不同净水材料组合使用的净化效果,优化组合使用参数。结果显示:活性炭对TN去除效果较好,最大去除率可达31.3%;细菌环对TP去除效果较好,最大去除率可达38.1%;生物珠对NH^(+)_(4)-N、NO^(-)_(2)-N去除效果相对较好,最大去除率分别可达12%和25%;各净水材料对NO^(-)_(3)-N的去除效果普遍不佳,最大去除率不超过4%。将活性炭、细菌环、生物珠两两按1∶1体积比组合使用,整体来看,三种组合对多种污染物均有不错的去除效果,其中生物珠与细菌环的组合效果最好,TP去除率高达100%,TN、NH^(+)_(4)-N、NO^(-)_(2)-N去除效果均优于珊瑚石、细菌环材料,NO^(-)_(3)-N去除效果优于所有单种材料,去除率可达16%。结果表明组合使用净水材料效果优于单个净水材料效果,生物珠与细菌环组合净化效果最佳。A total of eight purification materials such as activated carbon,volcanic stone,mafic stone,coral stone,bio-beads,ceramic ring,ammonia-absorbing stone,bacterial ring,etc.were screened with total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),ammonia nitrogen(NH^(+)_(4)-N),nitrate nitrogen(NO^(-)_(3)-N),and nitrite nitrogen(NO^(-)_(2)-N)as the detection indexes for the tailwater of the aquaculture tail water before and after the purification to optimize the water purification model.Meanhwile,the In-depth study of the adsorption effect of different water purification materials for different pollutants and the purification effect of the combination of different water purification materials were carried out to optimize the combination of the use of parameters.The results showed that activated carbon had better effect on TN removal,with a maximum removal rate of 31.3%.The bacterial ring had better effect on TP removal,with a maximum removal rate of 38.1%.The biological beads had relatively better effect on NH^(+)_(4)-N and NO^(-)_(2)-N removal,with a maximum removal rate of 12%and 25%,respectively.The removing effect of each water purification material was generally not good,with a maximumremoval rate of no more than 4%.The activated carbon,bacterial ring,and biological beads were combined in a 1∶1 volume ratio.Overall,the three combinations had sound removal effects on a variety of pollutants,of which the combination of bio-beads and bacterial ring had the best effect,TP removal rate of up to 100%,TN,NH^(+)_(4)-N,NO^(-)_(2)-N removal effect was better than coral stone,bacterial ring materials,NO^(-)_(3)-N removal effect was better than all the single materials,the removal rate of up to 16%.Mechanical filtration was mainly accomplished through the adsorption of water purification materials,different water purification materials had different adsorption effects on different pollutants,and the effect of the combined use of water purification materials was better than the effect of a single water purification material biological be
