摘 要:本研究以羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为第二网络,与聚乙烯醇(PVA)相互交联,成功构建了一种PVA/CMC双网络结构的复合凝胶材料。通过采用傅立叶红外光谱、热失重分析、电化学交流阻抗谱及电导率等测试手段,对CMC对PVA的羟基、乙烯基等功能性基团的影响进行了详细分析,证实了CMC与PVA的交联结构的形成。结果显示,PVA/CMC复合材料具有一定的水含量和稳定的热分解行为,表明CMC的引入增强了复合材料的热稳定性。另外,电化学交流阻抗测试表明CMC的引入不仅形成了更多的离子传输通道,而且减小了离子迁移的势垒,使得PVA/CMC复合材料的离子电导率从0.53 S/m提升至1.25 S/m,这一提升对于改善电解质的离子导电性能具有重要意义。这些结果表明PVA/CMC复合材料在柔性电解质方面具有潜在的优越性能,为柔性储能器件的开发提供了有益的启示。In this study,carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)was used as the second network,which was cross-linked with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)to successfully obtain a composite gel material with a PVA/CMC double network structure.The effects of CMC on the functional groups of PVA such as hydroxyl and vinyl were analyzed by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and conductivity testing methods,confirming the formation of the cross-linked structures between CMC and PVA.The results show that the PVA/CMC composite material has a certain water content and stable thermal decomposition behavior,indicating that the introduction of CMC enhances the thermal stability of the composite material.In addition,the electrochemical impedance test shows that the introduction of CMC not only forms more ion transmission channels,but also reduces the barrier of ion migration,so that the ionic conductivity of the PVA/CMC composite material is increased from 0.53 S/m to 1.25 S/m,which is of great significance for improving the ionic conductivity of the electrolyte.These results show that PVA/CMC composite materials have potential superior performances in flexible electrolytes and provide useful inspirations for the developments of flexible energy storage devices.
