软包锂电池铝塑膜的耐电解液性能

摘  要:为了研究锂电池铝塑膜复合工艺对铝塑膜性能的影响,本文通过测定在不同成分的电解液中浸泡后的热封层/铝箔层剥离力来分析电解液对锂电池铝塑膜的腐蚀机理;以17种不同的复合工艺(即改变预贴合温度、预贴合时间、熟化温度和熟化时间)制备的锂电池铝塑膜为研究对象,分析复合工艺对锂电池铝塑膜热封层/铝箔层剥离力和耐电解液性能的影响规律。结果表明,电解液对铝塑膜的腐蚀机理为:电解液中的六氟磷酸锂(LiPF6)与水(H2O)反应产生氢氟酸(HF),然后强腐蚀性的HF对热封层/铝箔层的粘接界面进行侵蚀,进而引起热封层与铝箔层的粘接失效;复合工艺会影响铝塑膜热封层/铝箔层的剥离力和其耐电解液性能,复合时预贴合温度越高、预贴合时间越长、熟化温度越高、熟化时间越长,热封层/铝箔层的剥离力越高,耐电解液性能越好,但增大到一定的数值后影响就不存在了。在复合工艺为预贴合温度180℃,预贴合时间15 s,熟化温度190℃,熟化时间40 s下制备的铝塑膜热封层/铝箔层的剥离力最高,耐电解液性能最好;在低于此工艺参数时,预贴合温度/熟化温度越高,预贴合时间/熟化时间越长,热封层/铝箔层剥离力和耐电解液性能越好。To study the effects of the lithium battery aluminum-plastic film composite process on the performances of the aluminum-plastic film,this article analyzed the corrosion mechanisms of the electrolytes on the lithium battery aluminum-plastic films by measuring the peeling force of the heat-sealing layer/aluminum foil layer after soaking in the electrolytes with different compositions.The lithium battery aluminum-plastic films prepared by seventeen different composite processes(changing the pre-bonding temperature,pre-bonding time,curing temperature,and curing time)were used as the research objects to analyze the influences of composite processes on the electrolyte resistance and the peeling force of the heat-sealing layer/aluminum foil layer of the lithium battery aluminum-plastic films.The results show that the corrosion mechanisms of the electrolyte on the aluminum-plastic films are as follows:lithium hexafluorophosphate(LiPF 6)in the electrolyte reacts with water(H 2 O)to produce hydrofluoric acid(HF),which then erodes the adhesive interface of the heat-sealing layer/aluminum foil layer,causing the adhesive failure of the heat-sealing layer/aluminum foil layer.The composite processes would affect the peeling force of the aluminum-plastic film heat-sealing layer/aluminum foil layer and its electrolyte resistance.The higher the pre-bonding temperature,the longer the pre-bonding time,the higher the curing temperature,and the longer the curing time during the composite process,the higher the peeling force of the heat-sealing layer/aluminum foil layer and the better the electrolyte resistance.However,once it increases to a certain value,the effect no longer exists.Under the composite process of a pre-bonding temperature of 180℃,a pre-bonding time of 15 s,a curing temperature of 190℃,and a curing time of 40 s,the peeling force of the aluminum-plastic film heat-sealing layer/aluminum foil layer is the highest,and the electrolyte resistance is the best.When the process parameters are lower than these,the higher the
