摘　　要：文章主要根据2023年贵州省图书馆学会学术年会关于“《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》实施五周年暨《贵州省公共图书馆条例》面面观”专题研讨会上八位嘉宾发言材料记录整理而成。The article is mainly based on the records of the speeches given by eight guests at the Guizhou Provincial Library Societys academic meeting in 2023,which was held to discuss the topic of five years of the"Implementation of the Public Li-brary Law of the Peoples Republic of China and an Overview of the"Regulations on Public Libraries in Guizhou Province"
