南明区图书馆社会化运营模式对贵阳公共文化服务影响探析

摘　　要：贵阳市南明区图书馆作为贵州省首家采用社会化运营模式的县级公共图书馆,其成功经验为其他地区提供了宝贵的参考。本文以南明区图书馆为例,分析了其社会化运营模式对贵阳公共文化服务的影响以及对其他地区公共文化服务体系建设的启示。研究发现,社会化运营模式能够促进服务创新与多样化、提升服务效率与质量、扩大服务覆盖面与可及性,并增强公众参与度与满意度。为推动公共文化服务高质量发展,本文提出了制定具有区域特色的社会化运营规范、构建复合型资金保障网络、实施动态绩效评估与反馈循环系统等政策建议。The Nanming District Library in Guiyang City,as the first county-level public library in Guizhou Province to a-dopt a socialized operation,has provided valuable references for other regions with its successful experience.This paper takes the Nanming District Library as an example to analyze the impact of its socialized model on public cultural services in Guiyang and the implications for the construction of public cultural service systems in other regions.The study shows that so-cialized operation models can promote service innovation and diversification,improve service efficiency and quality,expand service coverage and accessibility,and enhance public participation and satisfaction.In order to promote the high-quality development of public cultural services,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as formulating socialized oper-ation norms with regional characteristics,building a compound fund guarantee network,and implementing dynamic perform-ance evaluation and feedback circulation system.
