公共图书馆数字化信息服务现状及升级策略浅析

摘　　要：随着数字化产业的纵深发展,各行业都面临数字化转型升级,公共图书馆也不例外,面临着从传统服务模式向数字化服务转型的挑战。本文主要阐述公共图书馆数字化信息服务现状和存在的问题,分析大数据时代公共图书馆数字化信息服务特征,并针对公共图书馆行业数字化信息服务升级过程中所遇到的困难提出应对策略,以期对公共图书馆数字化信息服务改造升级,提升服务效能,最大限度满足读者多样化、快捷化、个性化需求提供参考。With the in-depth development of the digital industry,all industries are facing digital transformation and upgra-ding,and public libraries are faced with the challenge transforming from traditional service models to digital services.This paper mainly elaborates on the current situation and existing problems of digital information services in public libraries,ana-lyzes the characteristics digital information services in public libraries in the era of big data,and puts forward countermeas-ures for the difficulties encountered in the upgrading process of digital information services in the public library,in order to provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of digital information services in public libraries,improve service effi-ciency,and maximize the satisfaction of readers'diverse,fast,personalized needs.
