摘 要:针对河道平板闸门采用规范计算公式无法反映整体空间受力特性且无法计算具体锈蚀等非设计工况的问题,以某河道平板闸门为研究对象,笔者采用BIM技术联合数值仿真技术对闸门进行安全评价,通过采用BIM技术建模并进一步联合数值仿真技术对其进行不同设计工况及锈蚀工况下的数值模拟及安全评价。结果表明:采用该联合安全评价方法可对闸门进行有效安全评价;同时通过结果云图可直观反映闸门结构状况。该方法计算便捷、效率高,可为河道平板闸门及其他金属结构的安全鉴定提供新思路。Aiming at the problem that the standard calculation formula of river flat gate can not reflect the mechanical characteristics of the whole space and can not calculate the non-design conditions such as specific corrosion,taking a river flat gate as the research object,the authors use BIM technology combined with numerical simulation technology to evaluate the safety of the gate.It is modeled by using BIM technology and further combined with numerical simulation technology to carry out numerical simulation and safety evaluation under different design conditions and corrosion conditions.The results show that the combined safety evaluation method can effectively evaluate the safety of the gate,and the structural condition of the gate can be directly reflected by the result cloud diagram.This method is convenient and efficient,and can provide new ideas for the safety identification of river flat gates and other metal structures.
