摘 要:国际工程市场竞争日趋激烈,一个经济技术合理、有竞争力的投标报价往往是中标的关键因素之一;然而,我国现行的工程造价体系与国外的有一定区别,不能盲目地在国际工程投标报价中全盘套用。为此,笔者介绍修正定额法、实物工程量法和社会资源法这三种在国际工程投标报价中比较常用的方法,分析各方法的适用范围和优缺点,并给出了相应的建议及运用策略,以期为今后的投标报价工作提供参考。With the increasingly fierce competition in the international engineering market,an economic and technologically reasonable and competitive bidding quotation is often one of the key factors in winning the bid.However,China's current project cost system is different from that of foreign countries,and it can not be blindly applied in the international engineering bidding.Therefore,the author introduces the three commonly used methods in the international engineering bidding quotation,namely,the modified quota method,the physical engineering quantity method and the social resource method,analyzes the application scope,advantages and disadvantages of each method,and gives the corresponding suggestions and application strategies,in order to provide reference for the future bidding quotation.
