基于密度的混凝土含气量测定方法研究

摘  要:混凝土含气量对混凝土的强度和抗冻性有显著影响,因此,控制混凝土含气量非常重要,而含气量测定是关键。笔者提出一种基于密度的标准试模法来测定混凝土含气量,并将测定结果与传统的含气量测定仪测定结果进行对比分析。结果表明:两种方法的测定结果基本一致,验证了标准试模法的有效性;标准试模法可用于测定不同强度等级的混凝土含气量,适用范围更广;在混凝土含气量测定工作量大的情况下,采用标准试模法的工作效率更高。该方法具有一定工程应用意义,可在类似工程中推广使用。The air content of concrete has a significant effect on the strength and frost resistance of concrete,therefore,it is very important to control the air content of concrete,and the determination of air content is the key.In this paper,a standard test mode method based on density is proposed to determine the air content of concrete,and the results are compared with those of the traditional air content tester.The results showed that the determination results of the two methods were basically the same,which verified the effectiveness of the standard test mode method;The standard test mode method can be used to determine the air content of concrete with different strength grades,and the application range is wider;In the case of large workload of concrete air content determination,the standard test mode method is more efficient.This method has certain engineering application significance and can be popularized in similar projects.
