浅析岩滩水电站4号机组轴线超标处理

摘　　要：针对岩滩水电站4号机组轴线超标的问题,笔者结合轴线结构特点,分析问题原因,提出轴线超标处理方法及处理过程,并阐述轴线调整实施情况。结果表明,处理后机组摆度达到标准允许值要求,消除了岩滩水电站4号机组轴线超标这一重大隐患,可为后续机组同类型问题处理提供参考。In view of the problem of the axis exceeding the standard for Unit 4 in Yantan Hydropower Station,the author analyzes the causes of the problem in combination with the characteristics of the axis structure,puts forward the treatment method and process of the axis exceeding the standard,and expounds the implementation of the axis adjustment.The results show that the swing of the unit after treatment meets the requirements of the standard allowable value,which eliminates the major hidden danger of the axis exceeding the standard for Unit 4 in Yantan Hydropower Station,and can provide reference for the subsequent handling of similar problems in the unit.
