摘　　要：环境警察执法作为生态环境保护执法中的重要组成部分,在不断推进生态环境治理体系和治理能力现代化的进程中,应重视和提升环境警察执法效能。目前,我国环境警察的执法依据、执法专业性、执法协作机制和执法监督机制等方面仍存在诸多问题,制约着环境警察执法效能的充分发挥。结合我国环境警察的执法现状,及其在生态文明环境治理体系中的重要作用,分别从规范执法依据、提升执法专业性、完善执法协作机制、健全执法监督机制等方面提出解决对策,以提升环境警察执法效能,助力完善中国式现代化的生态环境治理体系。As an important part of ecological environmental protection law enforcement the envi-ronmental police should pay attention to and enhance the effectiveness of environmental police law enforcement in the process of continuously promoting the modernization of the ecological environ-mental governance system and governance capacity.At present due to the real problems in the law enforcement basis law enforcement professionalism law enforcement collaboration mechanism and law enforcement supervision mechanism of environmental police in China it restricts the full play of the law enforcement effectiveness of the environmental police.Combined with the current situa-tion of law enforcement of environmental police in China and its important role in the ecological civilization and environmental governance system this paper puts forward countermeasures in terms of standardizing the basis of law enforcement enhancing law enforcement professionalism improv-ing law enforcement collaboration mechanisms and perfecting law enforcement supervision mecha-nisms in order to enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement of the environmental police and help to improve the modernized ecological and environmental governance system of the Chinese style.
