摘 要:上海市综合交通发展“十四五”规划指出,要持续完善以“枢纽型、功能性、网络化、智能化、绿色化”为特征的超大城市综合交通体系,打造“立体融合、人本生态、智慧高效”的高质量、现代化综合交通体系,加快交通设施数字化转型已成为上海轨道交通重点工作之一。概述了数字化转型的发展现状,通过分析近年数字化转型的政策导向和城市轨道交通行业特点,论证了城市轨道交通行业开展数字化转型的必要性和迫切性。结合上海轨道交通维保业务现状,分析、归纳出维保业务数字化转型的3大方向:协同管控、智慧决策、主动运维,并在此基础上,明确了数字化转型的方法,以及架构设计的要点和原则。这可为其他类似企业的数字化转型提供借鉴与启示。The "14th Five-Year Plan" for the integrated transportation development of Shanghai indicates that it is necessary to continue improving an integrated urban transportation system characterized by hub-oriented,functional,networked,intelligent,and eco-friendly features.The goal is to create a high-quality modern integrated transportation system that is three-dimensionally integrated,people-oriented,ecological,and smartly efficient.Accelerating the digital transformation of transportation infrastructure has become one of the key tasks for Shanghai rail transit.The current state of digital transformation is outlined.By analyzing recent policy orientations for digital transformation and the characteristics of the urban rail transit industry,it argues for the necessity and urgency of digital transformation in the urban rail transit industry.Further,combined with the current situation of maintenance services in Shanghai rail transit,three directions for digital transformation are summarized:collaborative control and management,smart decision-making,and proactive maintenance.On this basis,the methods for digital transformation,as well as key points and principles for architectural design,are clarified.This can provide references for the digital transformation of other similar enterprises.
