摘　　要：轨道交通建设是一项复杂、繁琐的系统工程,所涉及专业众多且相互之间普遍存在接口与联动关系。其建设过程也显得较为冗长,不同专业的施工工序存在较为严密的先后顺序,亦存在交叉施工、共用作业面施工等复杂工况。因此,在工程正式推进之前,施工计划编制工作显得尤为重要。介绍了工程进度计划应用与分析的方法,结合甘特图和双代号网络图等编辑工具,对轨道交通工程计划进行了对比分析,以期探寻轨道交通建设的一般规律和工期特点。The construction of rail transit is a complex and intricate system involving multiple disciplines that often have interfaces.Given these characteristics,the construction process tends to be lengthy with different disciplines requiring specific sequences of work,as well as complex conditions such as overlapping and shared work areas.Therefore,before the project officially begins,the preparation of a construction schedule is crucial.The tools such as Gantt charts and double-coded network diagrams are compared and applied to explore the general rules and scheduling features in rail transit construction.
