摘 要:基于演化博弈理论,通过构建以物流企业为主导的服务创新价值共创演化博弈模型,分析物流企业与客户选择价值共创行为策略的演化过程,并利用Python进行数值仿真,验证资源投入程度、客户参与程度、资源整合吸收能力等参数变化对演化结果的影响。研究表明:影响主体服务创新策略选择的主要因素是服务创新的成本和收益,且演化结果与物流企业和客户的初始意愿程度有关;物流企业因客户进行服务创新而提供的补贴以及客户参与程度的提高会促进双方达成价值共创;双方的资源投入程度和资源整合吸收能力的提高会导致价值共创系统破裂;存在一个最优的收益分配系数使得双方价值共创体系趋于稳定。Based on the Evolutionary Game theory,this paper constructing the evolutionary game model of value co-creation in service innovation led by logistics enterprises and then analyzes the evolution process of their service innovation behavior.Using Python for numerical simulation and verify how the influence of relevant parameter,such as resource input level,customer participation level,and resource integration and absorption capacity on the evolutionary results.The main conclusions of this paper as follows:The main factors influencing the selection of service innovation strategies by agents are the cost and benefits of service innovation,and the evolutionary results are related to the initial willingness of logistics enterprises and customers.The increase in the subsidies provided by logistics enterprises for customer-driven service innovation and customer participation will promote the process of value co-creation.The increase in resource input level and resource integration and absorption capacity of both parties will lead to the breakdown of the value co-creatio n system.There exists an optimal profit distribution coefficient that leads to the stability of the value co-creation system between both parties.
