摘  要:玉兰瘤瘿螨(Aceria magonoliae)是我国近年新纪录的一种为害玉兰的害虫。为更好地掌握玉兰瘤瘿螨的形态和为害特征及其对上海城区公园和绿地上玉兰的为害情况,制作该虫的玻片标本,在显微镜下进行观察,并对其形态特征进行了描述;采集玉兰异常叶片、果实、枝梢等部位在解剖镜下观察瘿螨及其为害症状,并在上海8个中心城区共计24个玉兰样地开展虫情调查。结果表明,玉兰瘤瘿螨主要为害玉兰叶片和幼嫩果实,在叶片背面叶脉的两侧聚集取食,后逐渐转移到幼果上,可造成叶片叶脉、幼果褐色化和叶片皱缩;玉兰瘤瘿螨在各调查样地为害普遍,24个样地发现不同程度的发生为害,其中15个样地株受害率达100%,各样地间的叶受害率介于10.89%~99.24%,同株枝条间呈聚集为害的特点。Aceria magnoliae is a newly recorded pest of Yulania denudata in China in recent years.In order to understand the morphology and damage characteristics of A.magnoliae as well as its damage to ornamental plants in the urban area of Shanghai,we made slide specimens of A.magnoliae for observation under the microscope.Abnormal leaves,fruits,branches and other parts of Y.denudata were collected for observation of the pest and its damage symptoms under the anatomical microscope.The occurrence of A.magnoliae was investigated in 24 sample sites distributed across eight central urban districts of Shanghai.The results showed that A.magnoliae mainly damaged the leaves and immature fruits of Y.denudata,and the pest were observed congregating on both sides of the veins on the back of the leaves and subsequently transferring to the young fruits.The plant damage rate was 100% in 15 of the 24 sample sites,with the damage rate of the leaves ranging from 10.89% to 99.24%.The pest is characterized by aggregation within the same branches.
