摘  要:为明确江苏省小麦品种对条锈病的抗性水平,以来源于该省的48份育成品种和73份高代品系为材料,评价其对条锈病的抗性。结果表明,保科麦1330、苏州7906、徐州438和苏研麦6231在苗期对条锈病表现中抗或高抗水平;吉利麦、农麦1号、徐州24等13份育成品种和淮核12013、金地166、芜7815-5-2-1等17个高代品系在4个鉴定圃均表现中抗以上水平,尤其是吉利麦、农麦1号、徐州24和淮核12013,具有优异的成株抗性特点。供试品种(品系)在不同鉴定圃的抗性比例差异较大,在四川鉴定圃感病比例较高,未来育种应加强针对西南菌源基地病原菌致病性的抗源利用。The objective of this study was to evaluate the resistance of 48 cultivars and 73 advanced lines from Jiangsu province to stripe rust.The results showed that Baokemai 1330,Suzhou 7906,Xuzhou 438,and Suyanmai 6231 exhibited moderate or high levels of resistance during the seedling stage.Thirteen cultivars,including Jili Mai,Nongmai 1,and Xuzhou 24,as well as 17 advanced lines,including Huaihe 12013,Jindi 166,and Wu 7815-5-2-1,showed moderate to high resistance levels in the four identification plots.Of these,Jili Mai,Nongmai 1,Xuzhou 24,and Huaihe 12013demonstrated excellent resistance characteristics at the adult stage.There was a significant difference in the resistance performance among different identification plots.In Sichuan,the proportion of susceptible cultivars was higher.Consequenctly,future breeding programmes should prioritize the utilization of resistance sources against the pathogenicity of pathogens in the Southwest source base.
