正骨活络油联合推拿治疗颈椎病的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨正骨活络油联合推拿治疗颈椎病的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年6月在福建中医药大学附属泉州中医院接受正骨活络油联合推拿治疗的63例颈椎病患者作为联合治疗组,选取同期接受单纯推拿治疗的27例颈椎病患者作为推拿组。比较两组患者治疗前后中医症候积分、疼痛情况、颈椎功能障碍情况及生活质量。结果治疗后两组患者中医症候积分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法评分、颈椎功能障碍指数评分、生活质量评分均较治疗前得到改善,且治疗后联合治疗组上述指标评分均优于推拿组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正骨活络油联合推拿治疗颈椎病,可进一步提高疗效,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of Zhenggu huoluo oil combined with massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 63 patients with cervical spondylosis who received Zhenggu huoluo oil combined with massage treatment at Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the combination treatment group,and 27 patients with cervical spondylosis who received massage treatment during the same period were selected as the massage group.Compare the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,pain levels,cervical vertebra dysfunction,and quality of life between two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,neck disability index(NDI)scores,and short form health survey(SF-36)scores of both groups of patients improved significantly compared to before treatment,and the vertebra significantly above indicators scores of the combination treatment group were significantly better than those of the massage group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Zhenggu huoluo oil combined with massage can further improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of patients in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
