穴位埋线联合穴位贴敷对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者焦虑和抑郁的改善效果

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采取穴位埋线联合穴位贴敷治疗,对改善患者焦虑和抑郁的效果。方法选取2022年12月—2023年12月天津市中医药研究院附属医院收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,所有患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予穴位埋线联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组治疗前后呼吸困难、焦虑和抑郁情况以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗后呼吸困难问卷评分及焦虑、抑郁评分均低于治疗前,且治疗后观察组上述评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采用穴位埋线联合穴位贴敷治疗,可改善患者的焦虑和抑郁程度,减轻呼吸困难,安全性较高,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with acupoint application on improving anxiety and depression in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 60 patients with COPD admitted to Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group using a random number table method.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received acupoint catgut embedding combined with acupoint application on the basis of routine treatment.Compare the breathing difficulties,anxiety,and depression before and after treatment between two groups,as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment.Results The respiratory distress questionnaire scores,anxiety and depression scores after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group had significantly lower scores than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with COPD can be treated with acupoint catgut embedding combined with acupoint application,which can improve their anxiety and depression levels,alleviate breathing difficulties,and has high safety.It is worth promoting and using.
