个性化护理在行心脏磁共振检查者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨个性化护理在行心脏磁共振检查者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年10月—2023年10月在泉州市第一医院影像科接受心脏磁共振检查的98例受检者为研究对象,将2022年10月—2023年3月接受常规护理的37例受检者作为常规组,将2023年4—10月实施个性化护理的61例受检者作为个性化组,比较两组检查效率(检查准备时间、检查耗时)、检查结果(一次检查成功、图像合格)、护理满意度,以及护理前后负性情绪。结果两组检查准备时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。个性化组检查耗时少于常规组,一次检查成功率、图像合格率和护理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后两组焦虑和抑郁自评量表评分均低于护理前,而且护理后个性化组焦虑和抑郁自评量表评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在行心脏磁共振检查的受检者中实施个性化护理,可以改善其负性情绪,提高检查效率、检查成功率、图像合格率和护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of individualized nursing mode in patients undergoing cardiac magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examination.Methods A total of 98 patients who underwent cardiac MRI examination at the First Hospital of Quanzhou from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Thirty-seven patients who received routine nursing from October 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the routine group.Sixty-one patients who received individualized nursing from April to October 2023 were selected as the individualized group.The examination efficiency(preparation time and examination time),examination results(one successful examination and qualified images),nursing satisfaction,and negative emotions of patients before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in preparation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The individualized group had less examination time than the routine group,and the success rate of one examination,image qualification rate,and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of the anxiety and depression self-rating scales in both groups were significantly lower than before nursing,and the individualized group was significantly lower than the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing individualized nursing among patients undergoing cardiac MRI examination can improve their negative emotions,increase examination efficiency,success rate,image qualification rate,and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
