黄有荣教授运用宽筋活络汤治疗筋骨病学术经验初探

摘　　要：随着社会人口老龄化进程的加剧和现代机械、交通的飞速发展,筋骨病逐渐成为了一类高发病率、高复发率和严重影响患者生活质量的疾病。黄有荣教授在筋骨病的病因病机、辨证论治方面形成了“审病多源,兼顾虚实,攻补兼施,以通为补”的独特学术思想,确立了舒筋壮骨、活络止痛的治法,创立了中药外洗方宽筋活络汤治疗筋骨病。现将黄老的部分学术思想和临床经验总结出来,以期为广大同仁提供一种诊治筋骨病的新思路新方法。With the intensification of the aging process of the social population and the rapid development of modern machinery and transportation,tendon and bone diseases have gradually become a kind of diseases with high incidence and high recurrence rate and seriously affect the quality of life of patients.Professor Huang Yourong forms a unique academic thought of“examining multiple sources of disease,taking into account deficiency and excess,tonification and purgation in combination,and using the dredging method to tonify the body”in terms of the etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation for treatment of tendon and bone diseases.Prof.Huang establishes the treatment method of relaxing tendons and strengthening bones,activating collaterals and relieving pain,and uses the Chinese herbal drug washing Kuanjin Huoluo Decoction to treat tendon and bone diseases.This article summarizes some of Prof.Huang's academic thoughts and clinical experience,in order to provide a new idea and method for the diagnosis and treatment of tendon and bone diseases for colleagues.
