摘 要:海洋装备上部模块承担着生命周期中的各种荷载,其安全性直接关系着海上生命财产安全和海上秩序稳定,给设计及分析带来很大挑战。以某一海上模块钻机为研究对象,对结构材料、构件选型、节点设计、变形及稳定性控制等关键设计要点进行了阐述,分析了模块钻机在设计寿命下的荷载,确定荷载组合方法和典型分析工况,最后论述了各工况下的模拟分析方法并进行了有限元分析。结果表明所述的设计及分析方法能够很好的反应结构的应力变形水平,使结构满足规范要求,最终结合分析结果对各工况下应力变形特点及校核重点给出了建议。研究成果对海洋装备上部模块的设计及安全评估具有参考意义。The upper module of marine equipment bears various loads throughout its life cycle,and it is directly related to the safety of life and property at sea and the stability of maritime order.The design and analysis of upper module is facing great challenges.Key design points such as structural materials,element selection,node design,deformation and stability control is described by taking a certain offshore modular drilling rig as the research object in this paper.The load of the modular drilling rig under the design life is analyzed,the load combination method and typical analysis conditions are given.Finally,the simulation analysis methods under various conditions are discussed and finite element analysis is conducted.The results indicate that the design and analysis method described in this paper can effectively reflect the stress and deformation level of the structure,so that the structure meets the requirements of the specifications.Based on the analysis results,suggestions are given for the stress and deformation characteristics and verification focus under various working conditions.The research result can provide reference for the design and safety evaluation of the upper module of marine equipment.
