摘　　要：放射疗法作为治疗皮肤病变的重要手段,已有百年的发展历程。得益于多种新颖的放射治疗(以下简称放疗)技术、方法和设备的出现,放射疗法在瘢痕疙瘩和皮肤癌等良性病变和恶性皮肤肿瘤的长期临床应用中得到了不断的应用、推广和完善。当前,电子线放疗、后装放疗、放射性β核素敷贴放疗和浅层X射线放疗等方法已广泛应用于皮肤病变治疗领域。本文旨在系统性地介绍上述浅层放疗技术,分析其优劣及应用范围,梳理浅层放疗领域的新兴需求与挑战,展望其未来的发展趋势。Superficial radiotherapy plays an important role in the treatment of skin lesions for more than a century.Several innovative techniques,methods and devices have been developed in this area of radiation therapy(Hereinafter referred to as radiotherapy)for treating various benign or malignant skin lesions such as keloid and skin cancer.Electron beam therapy,brachytherapy,Beta radiotherapy and superficial X-ray therapy are the established methods that are currently used on skin lesions patients.The purpose of this paper is to overview these techniques and discuss the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of these methods in practices.Additionally,the paper summarized the emerging needs and challenges of superficial radiotherapy,as well as providing the future directions.
