摘  要:以自制的原位聚合氧化锌抗菌聚酯切片为原料,合理选择干燥条件、纺丝工艺,生产135 dtex/72 f聚酯纤维,考察原位聚合氧化锌抗菌聚酯的纺丝状况及纤维性能。结果表明:选择原位抗菌切片干燥温度150℃,干燥时间24 h,纺丝温度287~289℃,卷绕速度2 700 m/min,生产的原位抗菌聚酯预取向丝(POY)断裂强度较好,大于2.4 c N/dtex;对POY进行加弹处理,控制假捻变形速度600 m/min,拉伸比1.72,第一热箱温度180℃,第二热箱温度165℃,生产的抗菌拉伸变形丝的卷曲收缩率和稳定度均较好,断裂强度大于3.6 cN/dtex;所织造的抗菌织物对大肠埃希菌、金黄葡萄球菌、白念珠菌的抑菌率均达94%以上。Using self-made in-situ polymerized zinc oxide antibacterial polyester chips as raw materials,a reasonable selection of drying conditions and POY spinning process was used to produce 135 dtex/72 f poly⁃ester fibers.The spinning status and fiber properties of in-situ polymerized zinc oxide antibacterial polyes⁃ter were investigated.The results showed that the in situ antibacterial pre-oriented yarn(POY)produced by selecting drying temperature of 150℃,drying time of 24 h,spinning temperature of 287~289℃,winding speed of 2700 m/min had good fracture strength,greater than 2.4 cN/dtex.POY was subjected to elastic treatment,with false twist deformation speed of 600 m/min,stretching ratio of 1.72,and first and second heat box temperature of 180℃and 165℃.The antibacterial false twist deformation yarn produced had good curl shrinkage and stability,and a breaking strength greater than 3.6 cN/dtex.The antibacterial fabric woven has the antibacterial rate of over 94%against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and Candida albicans.
