摘 要:采用涂层整理方法,选用乙基纤维素作为涂层基体,开发出具备辐射冷却性能的帐篷面料。重点探讨了涂层厚度及溶剂组成对乙基纤维素涂层形貌,涂层织物和添加炭黑改良涂层织物辐射冷却性能的影响。试验结果表明,单一乙基纤维素涂层表现出良好的日间辐射冷却性能,添加炭黑后可增强其夜间辐射冷却性能。该研究为高炎热环境辐射冷却型帐篷面料提供了参考。Coating finishing methods was used and ethyl cellulose was selected as the coating matrix to de-velop tent fabrics with radiant cooling properties.The effects of coating thickness and solvent composition on the morphology of ethyl cellulose coating,the radiative cooling performance of coated fabrics and the ad-dition of carbon black to improve coated fabrics were focused on.Experimental results show that a single ethyl cellulose coating exhibits good daytime radiative cooling performance,and adding carbon black can enhance its nighttime radiative cooling performance.This study provides a reference for radiant cooling tent fabrics in high hot environments.
