摘  要:为提高土工织物制样效率和准确性,研发了一台土工织物自动化制样设备。用户只需打开设备电源,将土工织物放在吸附平台上,调整试样位置,通过操作软件选择标准尺寸,输入样品编号,点击按钮就能实现自动裁样、喷涂编号。通过分析所制样品的稳定性和重复性,证明了土工织物自动化制样设备所制样品更准确、更稳定。An automated sampling equipment for geotextiles was developed to improve the efficiency and ac-curacy of geotextile sampling.To start the experiment,the user only needs to turn on the power and place the geotextile on the operation platform.We then select the standard size through the operating software,en-ter the sample number to achieve automatic cutting and spraying of the number.By analyzing the stability and repeatability of the samples,it is demonstrated that the samples made by the automated sampling equip-ment for geotextiles are more advantageous in accuracy and stability.
