摘 要:先进复合材料由于其优异的比强度和比刚度,能显著降低飞机质量,在现代飞机上被大幅度使用。但是复合材料的导电率远低于金属,因此必须具有可靠的防雷击系统才能保证飞机的飞行安全。研究了MA700飞机复合材料零件制造过程中防雷击表面膜的应用,以及防雷击表面膜不同铺贴参数对铺贴稳定性和电性能导通性的影响,为防雷击表面膜应用适航符合性提供依据。Advanced composites can significantly reduce aircraft weight due to their excellent specific strength and specific stiffness,and are widely used in modern aircraft.However,the conductivity of compos-ites is much lower than that of metals,so it is necessary to have a reliable lightning protection system to en-sure the flight safety of the aircraft.The application of lightning protection surface film in the manufacturing process of MA700 aircraft composite parts,as well as the laying stability and electrical conductivity of dif-ferent laying parameters of lightning protection surface film were studied,so as to provide a basis for the air-worthiness compliance of lightning protection surface film application.
