裸花紫珠成分探讨及在青贮中的应用潜力分析

摘　　要：裸花紫珠(Callicarpa nudiflora Hook.et Arn.)是重要道地药材,也是农业农村部批准的新兽药,富含多种有效活性成分,包括黄酮类、苯乙醇苷类物质,具有较强的抗氧化、抑菌作用,在饲料中添加可提高动物免疫力,具有作为青贮添加剂的潜力,发展前景广阔。文章从中草药添加剂特点出发,介绍了裸花紫珠的成分及作用,总结了裸花紫珠在畜禽中的应用和对青贮的影响,为裸花紫珠作为青贮添加剂应用于生产提供参考。Callicarpa nnudiflora(CN)is an important genuine medicinal material and a new veterinary drug approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.It is rich in a variety of effective ac⁃tive ingredients,including flavonoids and phenyl⁃ethanoid glycosides.It has strong antioxidant and antimicrobial effects.It is used as a feed additive which can improve the immunity of animals,so CN has broad development prospects in animal production and has the potential to be used as silage additives.Based on the characteristics of Chinese herbal medicine additives,this paper summarized the medicinal components and effects of CN,con⁃cluded CN on applications in livestock and poultry and the effects of silage,aiming to provide a refer⁃ence for CN as a silage additive.
