摘　　要：低蛋白日粮是利用猪的理想蛋白模式,采用可消化氨基酸和营养需求等配合日粮技术发展而来的。与传统日粮相比,猪低蛋白日粮具有节约蛋白质饲料原料、减少氮排放、改善肠道健康状况和提高饲料消化利用率等优势。文章综合阐述低蛋白日粮配制技术及其在母猪、仔猪、育肥猪生产中的应用,为低蛋白日粮的应用提供参考。Low protein diets are developed by utilizing the ideal protein pattern of pigs,digestible amino acids and nutritional requirements in conjunction with dietary techniques.Compared with the tradi⁃tional diet,the low protein diet of pigs has the ad⁃vantages of saving protein feed raw materials,re⁃ducing nitrogen emission,improving intestinal health and feed digestion and utilization rate.In this paper,the preparation technology of low pro⁃tein diet and its application in the production of sows,piglets and fattening pigs were comprehensively described to provide reference for the application of low protein diet.
