摘 要:研究旨在以芍药地上部分为原料,采用单因素试验考察料液比、超声时间、超声温度、超声功率、乙醇浓度对芍药地上部分提取物抗氧化能力和提取率的影响。选取三因素三水平,采用正交试验优化芍药地上部分抗氧化提取物提取工艺,并分析各因素显著性。结果表明,芍药地上部分提取物适宜提取工艺为乙醇浓度50%、料液比1∶30 g/mL、提取功率500 W、提取时间25 min、提取温度55℃,在此条件下芍药地上部分提取物总抗氧化能力为(2.99±0.06)mmol/g,DPPH自由基清除率为(34.47±0.51)%,提取率可达到(25.26±0.22)%。优选的提取工艺稳定可行,且提取效率较高,此研究为芍药地上部分应用奠定基础。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of material-liquid ratio,ultrasound time,ultrasound temperature,ultrasound power,and ethanol concentration on the antioxidant capacity and extraction rate of the extracts from the above-ground parts of Paeonia lactiflora pall(PL)using a one-way experimental design.Three factors and three levels were selected to optimize the extraction pro⁃cess of antioxidant extract of above-ground part of PL,which used orthogonal experiment,and then the significance and interaction of each factor were analyzed.The results show that the suitable extraction process of PLE is as follows:ethanol concentration of 50%,material-liquid ratio of 1∶30 g/mL,extrac⁃tion power of 500 W,extraction time of 25 min,and extraction temperature of 55℃.Under these condi⁃tions,the total antioxidant capacity and DPPH free radical scavenging rate are(2.99±0.06)mmol/g and(34.47±0.51)%,and the extraction rate is(25.26±0.22)%.This study lays a foundation for the application of the above-ground part of PL.
