摘 要:【目的】研究不同浓度梯度下中生菌素对梨火疫病的抑制效果,以及在库尔勒香梨发育的不同时期是否产生药害,旨在评价中生菌素对梨火疫病菌的抑菌效果及其对库尔勒香梨生长的安全性影响,为中生菌素在果树病害防治中的应用提供科学依据。【方法】采用抑菌圈法分析42.62%中生菌素原药在100、200、400、800和1 600稀释倍数条件下的抑菌圈直径大小、抑菌率和对梨火疫病菌的毒力,并对不同稀释后的抑菌效果做了安全性评价。【结果】结果显示,稀释倍数在100~1 600倍范围内其对梨火疫病抑菌率为65.34%~77.67%,抑制圈平均直径和抑菌率随着中生菌素原药稀释倍数的增加呈现下降变化趋势,100~400倍稀释条件下抑菌圈平均直径差异不显著,800~1 600稀释条件下抑菌圈平均直径显著或极显著下降;喷药结束后的第120 h时中生菌素药害趋于稳定,EC_(50)值为23.021 mg/L;随着稀释倍数的不断增加,药害指数在花芽萌动期、花期和幼果期均表现为下降变化,且药害指数在0~200倍稀释范围内的下降速率显著高于200~1 200倍稀释范围。【结论】结合中生菌素对梨火疫病菌的抑菌效果和中生菌素对梨火疫病菌的毒力比较可以确定,42.62%中生菌素在200~400倍稀释范围内使用对库尔勒香梨火疫病菌防治效果最佳。【Objective】The inhibitory effect of Zhongshengmycin on pear fire blight bacteria under different concentration gradients and whether it caused phytotoxicity at different stages of Korla fragrant pear development were studied.The purpose was to evaluate the antibacterial effect of Zhongshengmycin on pear fire blight bacteria and its safety effect on the growth of Korla fragrant pear,and to provide scientific basis for the application of Zhongshengmycin in the prevention and control of fruit tree diseases.【Methods】The size of the inhibition,the virulence of 4200,200,100,100,800 and 1600,and the safety of different dilutions was evaluated.【Results】The results show that,from 100 to 1600 times,65.34%to 77.67%,The average diameter of the inhibitory circle and the antibacterial rate showed a decreasing trend with the increase of the dilution ratio of Zhongshengmycin,No significant difference in mean coil diameter between 100 to 400-fold dilution,The average diameter of the bacteriosphere was significantly or significantly decreased between 800 and 1600 dilutions;At 120 h after the end of spraying,The EC_(50) value is 23.021 mg/L;With the increasing dilution ratio,The drug damage index showed decreasing changes in the budding,flowering and young flower stage,Moreover,the decrease rate of the drug harm index in the 0-to 200-fold dilution range was significantly higher than the 200-to 1,200-fold dilution range.【Conclusion】Combine the antibacterial effect of isocin on pear fire blight bacteria and the virulence of mesocin on pear fire blight bacteria.42.62%of isocin had the best control effect in 200 to the 400 times dilution range.
