摘　　要：随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对办公、生活的要求越来越高,对待建筑也同样如此。研究建筑精细化设计的目的是要满足人们对高品质建筑的追求以及关注空间细节带来的优质体验。通过对建筑细部的优化改善,减少缺陷与瑕疵;通过贴合用户需求,增强用户体验,提高设计品质。文章以作者参与设计的广州某综合办公楼为例,对项目中的细节设计进行研究,结合案例提出精细化设计的具体方法,并探讨精细化设计在项目中的实践策略。With the improvement of living standards,people have increasingly high requirements for office and daily life,and the same applies to architecture.The purpose of studying refined design in architecture is to meet people's pursuit of high-quality buildings and the high-quality experience brought by paying attention to spatial details.By optimizing and improving the details of the building,defects and im‐perfections can be reduced;By meeting user needs,enhancing user experience,and improving design quality.The article takes a comprehen‐sive office building in Guangzhou,which the author participated in the design of,as an example to study the detailed design in the project,propose specific methods for refined design based on the case,and explore the practical strategies of refined design in the project.
