新时代公安惩戒场所的安全监管建筑设计研究——以广东某看守所迁建项目为例

摘　　要：满足看守所、拘留所的人性化管理,有效地保障关押活动的顺利进行,是新时代公安惩戒场所的基本需求。本文通过重点介绍分析拘留所、看守所的规划布局逻辑,监区形式与监室、风场、巡视通道、AB门、会见用房、围墙、岗楼、巡视通道等关键节点,以及被羁押人、会见家属、律师、巡视人员、后勤送餐人员等复杂的流线关系。让设计师面对此类项目的设计有相应了解认知,以期许对公安惩戒场所有更好的设计指导,确保项目坚固安全、功能合理,保障地区社会治安及经济的稳定发展。Satisfying the humanized management of detention centers and detention centers and effectively guaranteeing the smooth prog‐ress of detention activities are the basic needs of public security punishment places in the new era.This paper focuses on the introduction and analysis of the planning and layout logic of detention centers and detention centers,the form of detention areas and key nodes such as prison rooms,wind fields,inspection channels,AB gates,interview rooms,walls,guard towers,inspection channels,as well as the com‐plex streamline relationships between detainees,family members,lawyers,inspection personnel,logistics and food delivery personnel.Let de‐signers face the design of such projects have a corresponding understanding and cognition,in order to have better design guidance for public security punishment places,ensure that the project is solid and safe,reasonable function,and ensure the stable development of regional so‐cial security and economy.
