摘　　要：当前装配式建造技术大部分应用于地上建筑,对于地下室大空间的项目较为少见,仅少量的应用于地下轨道及管道项目中。文章通过实际项目实践,首先研究了如何有效地实现地下车库建筑标准化设计,进而在标准化基础上提出了一种可应用于地下车库的装配式板柱墙结构体系。该体系构件标准化及工业化程度高,能有效提高现场施工效率、减少人工,节约原材料、同时有利于提升项目品质,对以后地下建筑实现装配式建造技术具有一定的借鉴意义。At present,most of the assembly construction technology is applied to the ground buildings,and the large space projects in the basement are rare,only a small number of them are applied to the underground track and pipeline projects.Based on the actual project practice,first studies how to effectively realize the standardized design of underground garage buildings,and then proposes a prefabricated slab-column wall structure system that can be applied to the basement on the basis of standardization.The system has a high degree of stan‐dardization and industrialization,which can effectively improve the efficiency of on-site construction,reduce workers,save raw materials,and improve the quality of the project.It has certain reference significance for the realization of assembly construction technology in under‐ground buildings in the future.
