摘 要:连接体结构方案选型是连体建筑结构设计的重点,不同的连接体结构方案对结构整体受力和抗震性能影响程度不同。基于广州某高层双塔连体建筑实例,按现行设计规范设计斜腹杆桁架和空腹桁架两种连接体结构方案,采用YJK软件对连体结构进行整体建模和计算,从塔楼力学性能、建筑效果、空间使用、经济性以及施工难度等方面进行比较分析,以确定工程连接体的合理方案。分析结果表明,两种连接体方案均能协调双侧塔楼的变形,使塔楼共同工作,但刚度较弱的空腹桁架连接体方案对塔楼整体受力和抗震性能影响相对较小,且更能满足建筑效果以及内部空间使用的要求,是本工程较为合理的连接体形式。The selection of the connective structure scheme is the focus of structure design for the connected building.Different connec‐tive structure schemes have different effects on the overall force and seismic performance of the structure.Based on the example of a high-rise twin-tower connected building in Guangzhou,designs two connective structure schemes of diagonal web member truss and fasting truss according to the current design codes,and uses YJK to model and calculate the connected structure as a whole.The mechanical properties of the tower,architectural effect,space use,economy and construction difficulty are compared and analyzed to determine the reasonable scheme for the connecting body of this project.The analysis results show that the two connective structure schemes can coordinate the defor‐mation of the twin-tower and make the towers work together.However,the fasting truss connective scheme with weak stiffness has relatively little influence on the overall force and seismic performance of the tower,and can better meet the requirements of building effect and inter‐nal space use.It is a more reasonable connective form of this project.
