某超限高层搭接柱转换结构分析与设计

摘  要:某超限高层在6、7层采用多个搭接柱转换,为了解搭接块及与其相连梁、板在风荷载、竖向荷载、小震、中震、大震下受力性能。采用YJK软件对搭接柱相连的楼板进行中震应力分析;不考虑楼板作用,对与搭接柱相连的梁进行受力分析;采用SAP2000对搭接块在重力荷载和罕遇地震下进行局部有限元分析。分析结果表明,与搭接柱顶部相连的梁、板受拉,底部相连的梁、板受压,楼板满足中震下的性能目标,搭接块满足罕遇地震下的性能目标,并根据与搭接块相连梁、板受力特点和搭接块自身的应力分布,指导设计配筋。A certain over limit high-rise building adopts multiple overlapping columns for conversion on the 6th and 7th floors,in order to understand the stress performance of the overlapping blocks and their connected beams and slabs under wind load,vertical load,small earthquake,medium earthquake,and large earthquake.Using YJK software to conduct mid seismic stress analysis on the floor slabs connect‐ed by overlapping columns;Do not consider the effect of floor slabs,perform force analysis on beams connected to overlapping columns;Using SAP2000 for local finite element analysis of lap blocks under gravity loads and rare earthquakes.The analysis results indicate that the beams and slabs connected to the top of the lap column are under tension,while the beams and slabs connected to the bottom are under compression.The floor slab meets the performance goals under moderate earthquakes,and the lap block meets the performance goals under rare earthquakes.Based on the stress characteristics of the beams and slabs connected to the lap block and the stress distribution of the lap block itself,reinforcement design is guided.
