茂名市区强风化红砂岩地基承载力取值的探讨

摘　　要：通过分析茂名市区强风化红砂岩的分布情况、特征及一些典型的工程案例,对茂名市区强风化红砂岩地基承载力的取值进行探讨。针对以往勘察报告对强风化红砂岩的地基承载力建议值普遍偏保守的状况,根据不同的情况对强风化红砂岩地基承载力分别建议了相应合理的取值范围,既保证了工程安全,又减少了不必要的经济浪费。By analyzing the distribution and characteristics of highly-weathered red sandstone in the urban area of Maoming,as well as some typical engineering cases,explores the value of bearing capacity of highly-weathered red sandstone foundation in Maoming urban area.In response to the generally conservative recommendations for the bearing capacity of highly-weathered red sandstone foundation in previous survey reports,corresponding reasonable value ranges have been proposed for the bearing capacity of highly-weathered red sandstone founda‐tion based on different situations,which not only ensures engineering safety but also reduces unnecessary economic waste.
