摘　　要：针对当前吸音隔墙单元化程度不高、安装效率低等问题,将吸音板或金属板与防火吸音棉在工厂加工成单层隔音棉和双层隔音棉的吸音板+吸音板或吸音板+金属板的吸音隔墙一体单元板,运输至现场进行快速装配,同时采用偏心轮+连接杆+胀栓组合偏心连接件使其安装便捷。集成单元式吸音隔墙装配式施工技术将构件单元化高度集成,具有安装效率高、成本低的特点,提高了施工效率,满足了当前绿色低碳发展要求,具有可观市场和经济效益,为以后类似工程的装配化装修施工提供了借鉴。In response to the current issues of limited modularity and low installation efficiency in soundproof partition walls,this study presents a factory-assembled,modular panel system.The system combines soundproof boards or metal plates with fire-resistant acoustic insula‐tion to create single or dual-layered soundproof panels.These panels are designed for rapid on-site assembly using an eccentric wheel,con‐necting rod,and expansion bolt mechanism,which simplifies the installation process.The Integrated Modular Soundproof Partition Wall As‐sembly Construction Technology features highly integrated modular components,which are characterized by high installation efficiency and low cost.It enhances construction efficiency,meets the current requirements for green and low-carbon development,and offers considerable market and economic benefits.It also provides a reference for the assembly renovation construction of similar projects in the future.
