摘 要:基于广州某跨涌桥梁改造工程案例,着重从桥梁顶升安全和桥台改造质量控制进行了深入探讨。阐述桥台改造过程中顶升系统安全稳定的保障措施,包括优化顶升施工方案、合理设计临时支撑体系、以及基于智慧监测系统的安全监测措施;然后提出对桥台结构施工、新旧桥台结构连接等质量控制的内容与注意事项。并总结顶升过程监测、支撑体系与承台受力分析、重点安全事项等内容,以期为后续类似工程提供参考。Based on the case of a bridge reconstruction project in Guangzhou,discusses the safety of bridge jacking and the quality con‐trol of abutment reconstruction.The guarantee measures for the safety and stability of the jacking system in the process of abutment recon‐struction are described,including optimization of jacking construction scheme,reasonable design of temporary support system,and safety mon‐itoring measures based on intelligent monitoring system.Then,the content and attention of quality control for the construction of abutment structure and the connection of new and old abutment structure are put forward.It also summarizes the monitoring of the lifting process,the stress analysis of the support system and cap,and the key safety matters,so as to provide reference for subsequent similar projects.
