摘  要:装配式建筑隔墙板拼缝处的开裂是常见的装饰装修病害之一,其不仅影响建筑物的美观,还可能产生昂贵的后续维修成本费用。对此,开展现场对比试验直接观测了由多种轻质复合墙板材料与不同拼缝处理方案砌筑而成墙体的开裂情况,并通过挖开表面腻子层的形式深入剖析了试险现象。结果显示,发泡陶瓷轻质隔墙板的抗裂性能较好;膨胀水泥砂浆与环氧胶泥均可作为嵌缝粘结材料,但前者更容易出现开裂现象;表面粘贴纤维网或强力胶布均能有效抑制内部墙板拼缝间的开裂,但对抹灰技术提出更高的要求。该研究成果有助于推动建筑行业的绿色低碳高质量发展,促进装配式建筑的推广和应用。The cracking at seam of the partition board of the prefabricated building is one of the common decoration diseases,which not only affects the aesthetics of the building,but also may produce expensive follow-up maintenance costs.Therefore,directly observed the cracking of the wall made of a variety of lightweight composite wallboard materials and different seam treatment schemes through field com‐parative tests,and deeply analyzed the trial phenomenon in the form of digging the surface putty layer.The results show that the crack resis‐tance of the foamed ceramic lightweight partition wallboard is better.Expansive cement mortar and epoxy mortar can be used as seam bond‐ing materials,but the former is more prone to cracking.Surface bonding fiber mesh or strong tape can effectively inhibit the cracking be‐tween the joints of the internal wallboard,but it will put forward higher requirements for plastering technology.The research results are help‐ful to promote the green,low-carbon and high-quality development of the construction industry and promote the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings.
