摘  要:钻芯法检测可以直观地反应桩身质量,该检测方法结合线上线下一体化质量管理模式可以解决钻芯法检测中因环境复杂隐蔽导致的检测结果不准确的问题,但是该管理模式无法实现检测工程中的实时更新、实时纠错的功能。文章将PDCA循环管理理论结合桩基钻芯法检测线上线下一体化质量管理模式,研究PDCA循环管理优化方法的适用性,并通过实际工程案例进行验证。结果表明,PDCA循环管理方法可以提高检测效率,实现优化桩基钻芯法检测线上线下一体化质量管理模式,为桩基检测质量管理体系的优化提供参考和借鉴。Core drilling testing can directly reflect the quality of the pile body.This testing method combined with the online and offline integrated quality management model can solve the problem of inaccurate test results caused by the complex and hidden environment in core drilling testing.However,this management model cannot realize the real-time update and real-time error correction functions in the testing project.Therefore,combines the PDCA cycle management theory with the online and offline integrated quality management mode of pile foundation drilling core method testing,studies the applicability of the PDCA cycle management optimization method,and verifies it through actual engineering cases.The results show that the PDCA cycle management method can improve testing efficiency,achieve optimization of the online and offline integrated quality management mode of pile foundation drilling core method testing,and provide reference and guid‐ance for the optimization of the pile foundation testing quality management system.
